Simplicity

GapVax G7T is a non‑CDL truck-mounted sewer jetter built for efficient sewer line cleaning.

It comes equipped with the following features:

  • 74 HP FPT auxiliary engine with pilot‑less clutch, integrated deadman switch and battery shut-off (other engine brands available)

  • Giant 5000 Series tri‑plex water pump with an adjustable skid‑mount for belt tension — available in the following flow/pressure options: 40 GPM @ 2,500 PSI, 20 GPM @ 4,000 PSI and 30 GPM @ 3,000 PSI, with optional cold‑weather recirculation

  • 700‑gallon, one‑piece poly water tank with low‑water sensor and sight tube

  • Single or dual hose reels with hydraulic direct‑drive gearbox

  • Rear‑mounted control box with engine/operation controls and E‑stop

  • Standard washdown system (25-foot hose), contaminated tool storage basket and two 72-inch tool baskets

  • Optional wireless controls, lateral cart and G7 VIPER inspection system

Capacity

Built for the real world, the G7T pairs a 74 HP auxiliary engine with a Giant 5000 Series tri‑plex pump and configurable flow/pressure packages to handle everything from grease-choked lines to larger mains. Dual long‑reach ½-inch and ¾-inch reels with 180° rotation, and cold‑weather recirculation keep jobs moving in any season.

Configure flow/pressure for roots, grease, and heavy buildup, use long‑reach reels to tackle mains, and rely on 180° rotation for easy job set-up. Expand capability with the G7 VIPER to clean and inspect 3-inch to 24-inch branched pipes in one run — ideal for industrial, commercial and municipal workflows.

Built to GapVax Standards

Every G7T Truck Jetter is built to exacting standards and thoroughly tested. The water, hydraulic and electrical systems are meticulously documented, and each unit undergoes multiple days of factory testing to ensure reliability. Engineered and built for long-term durability, all components are disassembled and individually painted to resist corrosion, and wiring and plumbing systems are simplified to provide long service life.​
